that’s badly done; the bandage should be lain over the arm, not the other way around!
she reversed the sling, and where is the bandage securing them in place. The point of the sling is to immobilize the wound, she can still move it at that point.
what is she doing – an elevated or support sling – guys if you are going to promote your training get the demo right
this woman is slacking!
What a crapy job! The patient shouldn’t be helping and moving the arm. Final result at 90o and not in elevation!
Nice to meet you too.
yaya…im From Malaysia..
So is SJAM for me^^
nice to meet u..
Are you in SJA? That’s a line from our Cadet Code of Chivilary.
i know
her arm is like way crooked
these people on expertvillage sucks
Hey, in my opinion, the matter suppose to be used is Elevation sling but not Arm Sling(shown in the video). By the way, if is a arm sling, the hand should be in 90 degree.
Thanks
For the service of mankind
LOL
i would twist the end and tuck in and not use a pin
the fold at the elbow has to be done the other way round so as not to get caught on door handles, also the safety pin should be pushed in from bottom to top in case it becomes undone. If that was the case the pin would simply fall out onto the floor
im so happy it shows this video i forgot how to put on a arm sling
that doesnt look right xd
Also remember to recheck the patients circulation. Do a bilateral comparison of the circulation- un-injured arm to the injured arm.

It does need another sling known as a (broad bandage/sling,) to make the intial sling more secure. If you didn’t have another sling, the patient could move their arm around. If done properly, the broad sling should secure the arm to ensure that it is not able to be moved around.
it doesnt need another sling to hold the arm well ??
Remember “Point to the joint.”
the “point of the bandage” you are referring in this video is the “APEX”.
you just gotta love expert village!
YAY! I am glad you showed us!

lol
It’s spelt “Duct”. And “tried”.
Tell me what you're thinking...
